Terms & Conditions

When you book a slot at The Meadow, you and anyone attending the booking are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings

  • Bookings at The Meadow are strictly arranged and paid for online. There is no admittance to The Meadow without a booking.

  • Customers are required to enter and exit The Meadow premises within their booked time slot. This includes packing up and driving out the main gate. This is to avoid any unwanted greetings with other dogs.

  • If customers arrive late for a booking they must still leave within their time slot.

  • We kindly ask customers to leave the car park promptly at the end of their session to ensure it gives time for customers to enter and exit safely.

  • When booking online, customers will receive instructions on how to enter/exit and an access code - Please check the code before each visit as this is changed very regularly. It is the customers responsibility to check they have received their confirmation email prior to arriving at The Meadow. It is also the customers responsibility to ensure they know the current gate code for their booking. Customers must not share the gate code with anyone or leave the gate unlocked, if we find this has been done, the customer will be banned from The Meadow.

  • It is a condition of hire that all customers clean up after their dog. Please use the shovels and bins provided. These bins are composting bins so please don't put anything other than your dog's mess and the wood shavings in there. Instructions are on the bins.

  • Please leave The Meadow as you found it and return any toys to the honesty toy box. Please no squeaky toys as they disturb the horses.

  • Card payments will be taken at the time of booking to secure your slot.

  • The Meadow has no flood lighting, please do not book for a time when it is dark.

Cancellations

  • A full refund will only be provided if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the booking time. This is to ensure The Meadow has the opportunity to refill that slot.

  • The Meadow has the right to cancel your booking, although every effort will be made not to do this. This would only be due to circumstances that are deemed unsafe for your booking to go ahead, and a full refund or alternative slot will of course be offered.

  • Never enter The Meadow if it is in use, please contact The Meadow team immediately if you experience someone staying past their booked time slow or entering the field early.
